The Chef Patron spent a large part of his career in London where he worked along side the UK's leading chefs. He then went on to gain an excellent reputation for his own restaurant operations in South West London.
We're looking for candidates at either Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level. To apply you must have solid experience in multi rosette standard kitchens and you must be passionate about working with fine food. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, food lead kitchen and to benefit from working under a skilled and friendly Head Chef.
