The role will involve helping to run the busy 100 cover brasserie operation along side another Jnr Sous Chef and the Head Chef. We are looking for someone that can help lead the 8 strong brigade; so an ability to lead, motivate and inspire is a must. Also the ability to work under pressure and also help train the younger chefs is important. Shifts are a mix of Straights and Splits. Sunday evenings the restaurant is closed plus two days off a week and also bank holidays.
