Our menu is all fresh and we have an excellent reputation for excellent food in the area.   All our ingredients are sourced from local suppliers and we value working and helping to sustain local farmers and businesses.  You will be working in a team of 4 chefs who will help you learn and progress your career. We’re looking for strong leadership and communication skills, as well as good staff and kitchen management experience. These required skills are vital to ensure the efficient smooth running of this operation, as well as the development and motivation of the already close-knit team.

Restaurant Manager / Bath / Bistro Restaurant / £20,000 + Tips
 
Experienced restaurant manager required for family run restaurant in central Bath. This is an excellent opportunity to join this locally renowned establishment where quality of food and service are of the upmost importance.
 
We are looking for candidates with a real passion for hospitality and customer service, someone with a good knowledge of fine food and wine. Applicants will need to be smart and presentable with genuine charm and charisma.
 
The successful applicant will need to be an excellent communicator with a proven track record for running a busy restaurant operation. This is a very hands-on role which requires a "can do" approach/attitude, a quick thinker with a calm head on their shoulders.
 
The ideal applicant will have worked in a similar type of environment i.e. all fresh seasonal operation where customer satisfaction is the focal point of success.
 
The salary is £20,000 plus tips and temporary accommodation can be proved if required.
